Lobbying for Passage of HR 3717

Sandra joins NAMI advocates (National Alliance on Mental Illness) on Capitol Hill on September 4, to lobby for the passage of the most comprehensive mental bill the nation has ever seen. HR 3717 was introduced by Congressman Tim Murphy (R-Pa.) late last year and is called the "Helping Families in Mental Health Crisis Act of 2013."
