On her latest release, Sandra returns to her jazz roots to present an elegant collection of standards and three more of her original songs. Features Sandra on vocals, piano and organ with her band on sax, bass, drums and percussion and guest artists on Brazilian guitar, accordian, and piano.

From playfully feisty to soulful, listeners are treated to clean arrangements that allow Sandra to give jazz and contemporary standards a fresh perspective. Her best, however, may be unleashed by the ballad “House of The Rising Sun,” where she does a breathtaking version of the folk song from a woman's perspective. Sandra's original music ventures into the realms of Latin and progressive jazz while her sensual ballad "Rainy Afternoon” is remniscent of a misty Seattle afternoon.
